Introducing our Salvador Dali cocktail. A brandy Negroni using Martell VS, Campari, Luxardo Bitter Bianco and an orange wedge. Bitter but wonderfully balanced.Salvador Dali was renowned for his Surrealist artworks and is among the most versatile and prolific artists of the 20th century. Dali also published a cookbook called ‘Les Diners de Gala’. This recipe book included a cocktail he named “The Casanova”, which is made of a large amount of brandy, orange juice, Campari and cayenne pepper.
